Dear JMP Church Family and Friends,  

What a mighty God we serve!  Homecoming is a special time in the life of our Church.  It is a time when our Church Family is joined by former members, family and friends.  We want you to come and celebrate the goodness of the Lord on Sunday, June 28, 2009, at our 11:00 a.m. worship service. 

Our theme for Homecoming is “What a Mighty God We Serve.”  God continues to give us increase in all the ministry areas of our Church.  The renovation for Cordelia House, the former parsonage, is completed.  We will be receiving awards from Peerless Rockville, the 2009 Montgomery County Award for Historic Preservation and the 2009 Preservation Partnerships Award from the Maryland Historical Trust.  

Rev. Wood will be the preacher at the 11:00 a.m. service.   Dinner will be served after our morning worship.

We are asking that each member donate $50.00.  Our next goal is to pave our driveway, and we are hoping that revenue from Homecoming and our Fall Rally will enable us to accomplish this goal.

Please come and celebrate our Lord’s abundant blessings in the life of Jerusalem-Mt. Pleasant.  We are looking forward to seeing you.
